Join Melissa for “Unwind” a three-hour workshop in Sacramento where we’ll ease into practices of asana (posture) pranayama (breathwork) and meditation designed to unwind the effects of our culture of overwork, burnout and hypervigilance has had on our systems. You will be guided to restore your whole being into a deep sense of rest and ease. All levels of experiences, identities and bodies will be welcomed and accommodated in this workshop designed to adapt to each person’s unique needs. Space is limited to 20 participants.
