Join us for "Transition," a reflective day retreat in Austin led by Rabia Meghani and Melissa Shah, designed to guide you through periods of change with grace and intention.

Through a blend of reflective exercises, gentle asana, restful pranayama and connection in a supportive community, you'll explore how to navigate transitions with greater ease and resilience. Embrace this opportunity to honor your journey, cultivate presence, and discover the wisdom that arises during times of transition.
