Yoga & Ayurveda For Sleep is an annual 6 week series to support improved sleep, stress reduction, and reclaiming rest through therapeutic yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and discussions on Ayurveda. All abilities and bodies are welcome, and accessibility options are provided.
Each week you’ll be invited to explore your relationship to your sleep and gain practical tools to access deeper rest, improved sleep, and mental wellbeing. None of us live in isolation from our surrounding and the world, and it is natural for our systems to be influenced by our environment.
