In this 40 min asana and pranayama practice, you will be guided through seated, kneeling and lying down back arching postures that increase space in the chest. We will reflect on creating space for kindness and where it can be directed to you in your life. This is a particularly useful practice in the winter when there is more stagnation and sluggishness in the body.
Contraindications:
If you are having severe shoulder or neck pain
If you are pregnant, skip the breath retention cues

In this month’s live class, we focused on practices centered around what is emerging for you this season. We practiced kneeling, seated and lying down asanas.

In this 45 min yoga practice, you will be guided through seated and lying down asanas that support the body’s ability to move through grief.
Throughout the practice, you will be invited to engage with abdominal breathing that creates space for digestion and processing to occur.
You will need a comfortable place to lie down, and props to sit comfortably (chair, blocks, pillow, etc).

Get ready for a night of deep sleep with a 45 minute gentle asana and pranayama practice. We will practice seated and lying down asanas, as well as a deeply restful pranayama practice focused on the exhale.

In this 40 min practice, you will be guided into a state of flow with breath, asana and deep relaxation techniques. Through breath led movement and tension/release techniques, this practice will leave you feeling more grounded, clear, and ready for rest.
This class includes kneeling, seated, and lying down asanas - all of which can be done in a chair if needed.
Contraindications:
If you are pregnant, please skip any breath retention cues.
In our September ‘21 live class, we focus on what it means to nurture the letting go process as we transition into autumn. This practice includes seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down postures
